    I thought something was wrong with me when I’d spend countless hours in my mind. Zoning everything and everyone out. Truly focusing on different paths. Different playing fields. Different outcomes. No social media and no “friends”. I’m truly happy alone. I didn’t care what people thought of me. But now that I know who or what I am, I have a new sight on life. Yet again. Time to take over! Stay strong all, and keep doing YOU! ⚡️

      i feel you. I mean exactly what you are talking here about social interactions in social media. I find it completely pointless and i don't even understand why people concentrate on them. To have somebody to talk to from time to time i find it ok, but sitting hours and even days alone, lost in my mind doesn't annoy me. It actually makes me happy.

    Since my son is autistic, I have had some deep conversations with my wife about our "thinking spectrums". Since the word came up a few times in the comments, I would also say that my wife has called me "gray" more times than I can remember. She was referring to whether I was autistic or not. So I started writing a SF pseudo biography book to figure myself out. It took me seven years to write it. When I had finished the final chapter this year, I finally realized who I was and accepted who I was. The funny thing was that, at that time, a whole bunch of videos came out about Sigma males and I had finally had a name to what I am. Being 56, it's a little late but I am happy that there are others like me, who are younger, learning about themselves and learning to accept themselves for who they are....................without having to write a book.

      Facts. I’m a helpful and supportive person to any that requests such. Because I’m a loner tho, many see me as antisocial and are resentful and feel rejected of the fact I can succeed without being group minded, or a “team player”. It’s just that as a loner and over thinker, most of my agendas usually involve a design that can be achieved independently, as I intend to succeed even should everyone abandon me. I love ppl, and am usually just misunderstood, but I’m done explaining or justifying my methods, just to ease other’s insecurities.

    Being unstoppable is developing a plan amid failure and succeeding. I covered over 800 miles in 2023 while attempting to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. I ended up in a Roanoke, VA hospital for open-heart bypass grafting and a two-week stay in a Virginia nursing home. in April 2024, I will return to where I left the trail and hike North to Katahdin and finish. I have been working out for months and feel better than ever with all my arteries open. I was knocked from a horse, so to speak, and in a few weeks, I will get back on that horse.

Not VR reality like SF movies but a fluid wake dream state when at the same I use logic and emotions. I always call it simulation, but up till now I could never explain it to others. Life is what you make it, that is what I've been told all my life and I have never heard of truer words. In society these days people want to blame their troubles and woes on someone else or a group of people rather than standing up and be the best they can be. That to me what separates Sigma from the rest.

    We are a feared group because we make change happen. Sometimes a sigma is called up to take care of something that may or may not fall into a grey area within the societal construct. When those times come, a Sigma will always do what they have to do with calculated thought about the overall situation. We will often come off as cold or robotic cause of this grey area mentality. This is what sets us apart from others, because in the end we know how to get things done. We also know how to stick to our guns, which often can be utilized to further a Sigma's life, health, and mental states. So stand up Sigma's cause I believe that our time to rule may soon be coming. So will you be there when the call comes?

    I don't think any curt or blunt speech by a sigma has a whole lot to do with mortality, though such a thing may undergird it. I think it just has a lot more to do with finding that people, especially extroverts, have this knack of making something out of nothing. IOW, we want all speech, no matter it's length, to be achieving something, be that out of their mouth or ours. We're more impatient with it, at least partly because where small talk is concerned, we know 100% it's something that goes nowhere (inefficient).
    But, in that, we aren't looking at reality, or, at least half of reality, because while that is true, to perhaps even the majority of people this is their warming up tool (it's so thoughtless, you could almost say it isn't proper speech). Sort of like warming up the car in cold weather. The reality is it DOES serve a purpose, but only from that point of view. I do find it rather odd, trying to be objective and all, that an extrovert would have to warm up, whereas I can just start talking to somebody quite warmly with nothing more than an "Excuse me" (if even that). The extrovert begins their warming up, with this small talk, while what adjustment I make to warming up, has already happened in my head and just comes out immediately (it's a different tone than when I'm thinking to myself). I think this comes down somewhat to our desire not to beat around the bush so much. We want to go direct to the facts.
    We are frequently regarded as cold, not because we are, though the younger set definitely have that tendency, but because we dispense with outward warming up, because we warm up inwards, while extroverts warm up outwards. Sure, I'm probably not as warm as them once it comes out, but it's definitely charming, however it is I do it (again, when younger, I definitely couldn't do this). But, of course, part of the sigma dilemma, is I'm not charming to warm anybody else up, I'm just that way naturally, and I'm almost indifferent as to whether it will warm up my listener, but I sense even that isn't true. You see, that particular method of warming up, occurred because I found over time, that it had a great deal of success, all without small talk. When this occurs, you HAVE TO have the initiative to therefore steer away from small talk. If the other person starts first, you're probably going to have to pay for it with damned small talk for a bit (in which I will be outwardly grimacing).
    This is all the more reason, that if it's inevitable that you and somebody else are fixing to talk, you find such a method and start the conversation, not them. I have not found one time that I have done this, that the reaction to my initiative was for them to counter with small talk back. It's actually a bit surprising, because so many are so used to it, you would think some smartass would insist that we start the conversation "the proper way"😂. I suppose the younger you are, the more likely you are to get browbeaten that way. When you take that initiative, you have told them the way the conversation is going to go, every bit as much as if they had the initiative instead. It goes right back to the point I've made elsewhere, that people ask how you're doing as a greeting and not really care how you're doing, and when you destroy that by talking in your own way, first, that's the greeting, whether they like it or not. If you don't want small talk; YOU start the conversation.
    It also has something to do with something more intrinsic. The extrovert uses speech, most of the time to recharge themselves, sort of that neighborly thing, whereas our main drive is facts and being rather not caring so much whether we warm up a conversation or try to keep it going. We do love conversations, but it has to be a lot more factually driven than a high percentage of fluff. Fluff will bore us before long.
    Tie this into our general view of material possessions, we want something of a base object, and aren't all that concerned with getting a ton of fluff that will break down anyway. Also, it's a bummer to have a fully loaded car, and then only use half the fluff items with any regularity. This, of course, ends up meaning that you paid for things you didn't use. The only relief is that they're very unlikely to break, because you don't use them, but if you don't use them, why did you pay for them in the first place? I think sigma's probably make VERY picky car purchasers, just like we do with picking women. We want a pretty lean machine, without any options we'll never use🤣 (efficiency).

Focusing on the positive aspects of a situation and looking for ways to make things better can be incredibly empowering and can help you to grow and thrive. It's also important to remember that it's not about having everything you want, but rather about making the most of what you have and finding ways to be content and grateful for what you have. It's important to recognize that life can be challenging at times and that it's okay to experience difficult emotions, but it's important to try to find ways to stay positive and to focus on the things that bring joy and meaning to your life.

    Excellent video. According to your videos my country and the EU are doing something special,essential and important without asking that is definitely sigma. My country and the EU are doing it regardless of anyone asking that is for all our best interests. That interest is something I can't refer to on Google for their algorithm don't like links and it will be deleted( I think I understand why now but it hadn't occurred to me as journals or scientific second-nature that must give references/evidence and censorship is an anathema to my western liberal).

    This channel je so funny, natural and confirmational that it is hard to believe... All these all information and are jat the end comforting and disturbing at once. I do find very strange that the more O do know, the harder it is to explain and speak out 🤦🤣. 2 years ago I was able to explain "everything".....now I do know a lot more but I do also understand that my opinion due to my experience is not objective and common.🤣

    Whenever I'm betrayed by family and friends alike and find myself homeless, I stop and think how many of the others would have died or capitulated within a week. That the problem with normals trying to punch upward, using only money and status. I kinda want to see the power go out for half a year, just to see how their tune changes.

    I have managed to put a course together. It is called, 'How to turn a Red Head grey 101.' Nothing stops me. My life is the one that one sees, my wife knows it and dreads it, since she cannot control me. It took me several years to be with my wife, I looked hard and wild at her and she is the one person that I want to die with. I have survived two stabbings, two parachute malfunctions, a gunshot and other 18+ attempts on my life. Poisoned in 2010, spent 2 and a half years in a wheelchair, but I still have my Sygma Wife, we have to give credit to them as well. They are our pillars to our being.

    What are the differences between Sigma and Alpha qualities ?

    • @Its_just_zell
      @Its_just_zell 2 года назад +1

      Lion=Alpha
      Tiger=Sigma
      They both at the top. Just one is solitary and is internally motivated and the other draws on the validation of peers and domination of others.

      Sigmas are the true alphas as they don't need affirmation. I've never seen a time when an alpha got too big for his britches that a sigma couldn't put him in his place.
