Babae at isang OFW dito sa Singapore. Pinauwi sya pagkatapos makalabas ng hospital dahil hindi na makapagtrabaho dito. Nagbigay kami ng konting tulong para may pera sya pauwi. Kaya hwag masyadong kampante sa sarili sa mga kinakain natin dahil ang labis na pagkain ay lason din sa katawan natin. Keep safe and stay healthy always everyone. God bless us always.
If one wants to eat a big amounts of food like this, one needs to maintain his balance via fasting, eating vegan food regularly and exercise.. I think this guy just eat this stuff only on his shows..
It's super easy to do in an air fryer. Just air-fry the thin strips of pork belly at 200 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes each side. Don't marinate it in anything except a bit of fish sauce and/or salt

It’s bacon in bigger slices and not cured, season by them. Good thing it’s baked in the oven so reduced fats.
