Sitting on the road having the sandbags between you and the clown car, you actually would've been lucky if it hit. Due to the raketen being so low to the ground, it can't fight elevation or obstacles like fences and sandbags very well. It will hit obstacles more than it will hit the intended target.
That is if the rng decides that it missed. What you are talking about is rng chance to hit failing, and then the projectile just hitting the target with scatter, that is the only time when elevation and obstacles affect these shots. There are plenty of times where a tank hits another through a car/other tank, it homes in on the target. The fact that both the shots rolled a miss is the reason Hans got upset.
@@Combine380 In CoH2 the elevation of the gun matters. A KV2's gun will almost never hit car wrecks, fences etc. A raketenwerfers rocket or a JP4 projectile is more likely to connect with obstacles. It's one of the biggest disadvantages of the raketenwerfer and makes it inferior to the more elevated guns like the PaK40. All I'm saying is that Hans rather would've been lucky if the raketenwerfer had connected as connecting with an obstacle was more likely than actually connecting. It was the rule that it did not hit and it wouldve been the exception had it not connected with the sandbag.
@@u.b.5366 in coh2 when a weapon fires at a target, a number will be randomly generated, if if is greater than a certain amount it "hit" the target, otherwise it has "missed" and got a bunch of other newly generated numbers for its scatter(horisontal, vertical) and just travels along this new randomly generated vector until it connects with something, that could be a sandbag/wall or even an enemy vehicle, which would mean that the shot techically "missed" but the randomly travelling projectile still hit the target. This is the only case when an obstacle affects the projectile(whenever you attack ground the shot automatically "misses"). When a shot has "hit" however, no obstacle will affect it and it is quaranteed to hit the target, thats how your suppresed troops behind a concrete wall still get hit by the mg that supressed them, since bullets work the same as larger projectiles such as raketenwerfer's rockets. Both of those shots generated a random number, that wasn't greater than the chance to hit in that situation(which is affected by a number of things, such as distance) which caused them to "miss". That is the reason Hans got upset, maybe the chance to hit wasn't all that great, so it would be true that he just didn't get lucky, since raketenwerfers have worse accuracy than other AT guns. Also, tank guns have terrible accuracy against infantry, so their shots almost never "hit" so they rely on good scatter and AoE to do the damage, so elevation is important against infantry, but not so much against vehicles, though still significant in some cases. Just wanted to clear up how weaponry works in coh2, so that you know the truth.
Your production quality is on the ups, my friend. I have been around these parts a long time. Peace, from Denver, CO Edit: I wanted to ad that you are one of the best Puma managers iv'e ever seen in this fine game. Alright, im done now hehe.
How can you control all units without the keyboard numbers?¿?, i put my attention en your moves but sometimes i dont understand how you control everything! PD: Nice video like always.
The game has keyboard shortcuts for everything and Hans as them all memorized it’s the only way to be competitive at the high tiers because the milliseconds count
They become harder to hit. In this instance the M3 wasn't doing too much damage as it was away from the wall but the penals got close so the cover became null and void against them.
Because that doesn't work well with RUclips statistics. People don't watch black screen bits and tune out and RUclips thinks people do not like the content and therefore ranks the video lower in search results.
I had suspected that since he also tried to kill blob units with the Goliath. However, he just does not play against the standard unconditionally. Especially in 1v1.
Hey Hans! Trying out recon support nowadays and the BO feels pretty good with the Riflemen, 2IR, ambuluance into the captain. And here is the question: When you teched up to captain and started waiting for 3CP for support airdrop, I find myself floating like 500 manpower if nothing huge happened like losing IR or riflemen, this happens when I m really into the fighting too, gaining CP and losing modals in fights. Anyway, so here it is: getting and AT early from captain in this period seems right? It is really early and 57mm cant really find much targets too, so it feels like a waste, maybe killing kubels etc lol that happens too. So what would you recommend; floating manpower for some minutes or investing into an early 57 mm?
Yeah you do tend to float while waiting for the 3cp call in. So it might be a good idea to get the At gun out a little bit early just encase. On the other hand floating a little bit is not so bad as you will need the manpower to reinforce the pack howi and the squad that was used to recrew it.
@Helping Hans for such long time, i don't see u use mg on the house !!! this map have 2 building in front wp and u deny and make a problem for yourself! i don't understand it, Hans. i think u have an insane habit to change the direction of every unit. anyway, that was an enjoyable game.
Why didn’t you use the critical shot on the puma? It’s the puma’s most powerful ability with the ability to stun a tank crew for easy follow up shots and it strikes from far away and it doesn’t miss, is there a tactical reason you didn’t use it? Too slow? Waste of resources?
They REALLY need to add a ranked system in this.
Loved that intro, you should def keep that... way more appealing to watch the match after the teaser
Pro player mentality, until the last dying breath, nails in the coffin.. no surrender.. kudos nogganos.. amazing battle

Pretty sure this is a Skippy video

Took some ideas from him as you can see :P.

Hans that nazi flag triggers me.

No one cares snowflake
Friend hes complaining about people that are complaining about the flag

This is no Nazi Flag , its the“Reichskriegsflagge“ and has more a connection to the history before 1918.

Hans, are your Volks still in green cover at 3:42 and do they receive any benefits beside damage reduction?

Hey why dont you put an antispoiler black screen after the match in order to hide the replay lenth?
