Bro ,you should use snap tule so u can be more accurate and also try to name things like roof, floor , facade to objest like box and shapes , so after making the building u won't get confused trust me it will enhance your work flow . By the way love your tutorial.

Why is max better than SketchUp
3ds max professional software hai bhai sketchup sirf architectural le liye accha hai.... Fast banta hai sketchup me par costamizations bhut nahin kar sakte
3ds max me costamizations bhut kuch kar sakte hai.. Aur bhi bahut kuch hai
