The zombies and "Lopers" are indeed on the same "team", because they naturally attack Nazis, so no scripting is needed for them. However, with some scripting, you can make zombies and Nazis work together. It's even possible to have zombies on the player's side.
I'd like to suggest that you maybe crouch as you move from each character to the next because the quirky jump movements makes it hard to appreciate all the work. The movements are far to fast to look at the details.

I also didn't know that quite a few of these skins had their own unique names, like the civilian women being called Inge or the scientist-occultist NPC called Vincent. One question though: what about the Hans model (soldier with the rather fine-looking moustache)? Did he appear anywhere in-game, or was he an unused model?
Yep, some of the skin names are interesting. About *Hans*, the mustache is a custom skin edit of the drunk soldier from the original level called "village1". He doesn't actually have the mustache in the original game.

Скорее всего скачан Веном мод, у него там в паках файл англофикации присутствует. Тут два варианта: очистить пак мода от англофикации или пак русификации поместить поверх иерархии паков дописав в начале две зет zz_

Yeah, the spirit attacks are more deadly than the melee attacks. Poor Helga didn't expect to be literally torn apart by Olaric.

.bsp level-tree is bad to improve graphics with new api renders, so we have injectors what give this.
