Yeah, Bullet Bill a great item, but this needs to return. It had flaws, sadly. Example: The actual music for the Chain Chomp is about 14-16 seconds before it loops, but the item is only used for 9 seconds.

There are moments where you want the Chain Chomp to hurry up and let go of you and run off to hit the enemy in front of you, since he moves faster when he's free. In Baby Park Bowser was in first place in final lap, I quickly used the special hoping he will let go of me on time to hit Bowser. Bowser was almost to the finish line but the Chain Chomp hit him and I won. I wish I recorded that.

Ahhhhh I miss this game so much! It was one of the first video games I played in my entire life! I miss how popular it was with me and my friends back in the day. My family would also have a blast with it. Good times for sure.

Bullet Bills can leave you in bad spots. They just don't leave you in horrible spots like the mushrooms in Mushroom Gorge.
