Oh yeah. Definitely. Neuvillette is one of the characters I'm going to highly vertically invest in. I plan on getting him to C3 one day just like with Raiden Shogun. My problem now is just that I feel anxious about not having enough primogems for Mavuika and/or an Arlecchino rerun(if it happens in 5.3)
