Minecraft | Project 23AV Soviet Fleet Carrier

After the Patriotic War, the Soviets has revisioned their Project 23 battleships, as four laided down hulls were still left abandoned and progresses were halted. A proposal was made, to converted these hulls into aircraft carriers, but they were never become true, and eventually being scrapped.
