Go to Settings, device care, tap battery, app power management, sleeping apps, click on delete icon at top right corner, select camera and click on remove. Or Long press on camera app, app info, storage, click on clear cache and clear data Or Long press on camera app, app info, click on force stop at bottom right corner.
