I just want to say thank you for taking the time to make such in depth helpful videos. My daughter and I really want to start a flower farm and we are in the very beginning… your videos are a wealth of knowledge and really blessing us. I just want to say thank you. 💕

Prayers for E and for you as you navigate this journey. May God provide the strength you all need. I loved seeing what you were planting and when so that you had flowers which went well together and were diverse enough for beautiful bouquets. A friend suggested to me, as a help in my planning, to think backwards. What flowers do I want in my bouquets and then find out if they bloom together at that time and how many do I need. Thanks for your insights into when people buy flowers.

This is another great video. My slow selling time is right after the kids go back to school. Seems like the parents want to stay home and be with kiddos on the weekends? For awhile. The foot traffic is terrible then. We'll have 25 or more vendors and no foot traffic. I feel bad for all! But the produce and flower people can't pack up until next wk. I know this is coming, but I just harvest less and have fewer bouquets to sell. I know all about hemo. from my mom's cancer. That's a praise if that's holding well! Holding you guys in my heart/prayers. Hang on..hope the valley over soon E!!

I'm also planning to prioritise my autumn and spring seasons. Mothers Day in Australia is also mid May, but for us that is late autumn. So I'm trying to plan all my zinnias, cosmos and celosia to peak for Mothers Day, then I'll rip all that out and plant my spring crops. Even though we don't get snow here, everyone still loves spring blooms

That’s a well timed Mother’s Day! I think there’s just something about grey weather whether or not you have snow that leads people to want color in the spring 😌

This is exactly what I started doing last year. Pulling way back in late July and Aug and using that time for family vacay. It has helped with burnout so much!

I know you have been big on nutrition. I have really liked and used for my family and patients over the years Floradix iron supplement. I have used it myself when I had anemia and two of my very young kids. Idk if you know about it but helps build back red blood cells. I love you're videos as I just started flower farming bc my husband had a sci and we still need income. I am trying to have year round income and like to see all the different things you do. We are praying for E and you and your husband that all can be encouraged in the hard!

Respectfully, when kids have anemia from chemo, it is not iron deficiency anemia, so extra iron is not the answer. Some might even have excess iron from having red cell transfusions. Although it’s always helpful to hear good iron supplement recommendations!

I'm in western Wisconsin zone 4B. July started my best months and until late September, mostly sunflowers, zinnias, and celosias. Thank you for all your information!

There’s 4 groups of snapdragon. Make sure you’re growing the right kind in the right season. Maybe over wintering the snaps?
Bless your baby. She’s sooo precious.

Great video. Thank you for this invaluable information. Prayers for E. I don't know all of the particulars but I am a big proponent for red light therapy. The frequencies of the light help the cells to produce. Just like flowers!

Hi. I really enjoy your videos, especially since I'm also zona 7A.
I have one question about the lilies: Can you harvest from the same plant every year? Or should you let them recover for the second year? This is really important for me because i need to know how many to plant this spring.
Thank you. I will your family much health! Thinking of you a lot.
