That way you can, at the very least, contribute to the conversation concerning a solution. Tropicana is going to be asking questions about possible remedies, like do we need to send a few trucks down to pick some up? If so how many? Is there room to park some trailers to store it in temporarily? If so, how much room, for how many trailers?
You know, common fu(king sense questions. She wouldn't be able answer any of those with any honesty. If she can not answer even the basic questions, why bother to go? Send someone with first hand knowledge or inform yourself with first hand knowledge before hand. That is what any moderately intelligent person would do, before making the trip to Tropicana.

Why doesn't she instead introduce legislation to help solve the immigration problem. Congress has been failing to solve this problem since the Reagan administration. Both parties are responsible for this total nonsense over the last 40 years.
@Wayne Allard You're either too young or don't know history. The last immigration reform was passed in 1986. It did NOT provide for legal immigration for low skilled workers that led to over 12M "illegal immigrants" over the next 20 years. These people were illegally hire by American companies in direct violation of the law. Companies that mainly support GOP candidates.
Furthermore, GWB negotiated a proposed bill with Mexico that that didn't get support from the Dems, because GWB wasn't one of them and was panned by the GOP calling it an amnesty bill for the illegal immigrants.
That's why I said that both parties are responsible for the mess we have today. And Trump did not solve this problem. Only Congress can fix this and neither side seems to want to try.

@@actionalex3611 ... you are right. Going to the border changes very little as far as people entering the US or changes in their home countries. But it does put a "human" face to Biden's Administration and it would showcase Harris' "understanding" of Latinx peoples' struggles.
