just a piece of advise dont ever withdraw cash in night specially if that place dont have any people, do it in daytime and make sure it has a lot people nearby in case of emergency you can shout for help to them. Bad elements may happen anywhere, im from philippines im not saying that theres so many bad people here, just a precautionary measure for your own safety..
