If the wind is coming from backwards the plane won't get any kind of push since it's already faster than the speed of wind
Generally food comes from TAJ SATS. When their new aircrafts arrive they will be maintained well from the start by a new well trained crew. This aircraft had some scratches in windows and some other issues, which will just be expensive to repair and also will disrupt their operation schedule. Mechanically the aircraft would be strictly checked so that would not be an issue.
