Why not try to fix this CFL? (If heaters are blown just replace and reseal)
PS: why did u remove the phospor coating, u would have a nice difuser with it left in place (u could even stick uv leds inside and phospor would turn uv into visible light)

На открытом воздухе я уже разбил стекло, чтобы выпустить газ.
