“you become anorexic with other things” SO TRUE. I’ve been trying to let go of more food rules & I’ve found that the obsession I’ve had w nutritional information has shifted to other things. I used to have tabs of nutritional information from everywhere on my phone, now I have files of info on my friends & family & lists of items I own, where I got them, & how much they were. also tons of anxiety over saving money instead of saving calories. it’s all ab control & that doesn’t go away if you just start eating
that thing with money is sooo interesting beacause i have that too. and not just since my annorexia, like since childhood when i first got pocket money with 5 or 6. i've allways been saving up my money for pretty much no reason or end goal to buy something for however long i can remember and never really spend it.
Everyone should bake and cook all our own food like out ancestors did until the 1900s. Eating disorders are so common now only because ultra processed food unlike purely homemade (which are inevitably 'minimally processed' or NOVA 1,2 or 3 classifications of processing) have industrial chemicals that ruin gut bacteria so people dont feel full as quickly as when you make the same meal or snack from scratch. Homemade chocolate and crisps are so much nicer yet there is no risk of binging cos the gut bacteria work properly when you donty consume any UPF. The fear in recovery is often binging but binging has been proven to only happen in people who have ultra processed food in theit diet. The first description of binging was only in 1959, when the USA had some ultra processed food. Then binging and obesity spread around the world exactly correlated with UPF. The greatrst discovery is that you can eat any dish or snack if you make it like people always made it before the 1900s
Hi. How are you ? I have an advice to you. You should delete the comments that are triggering from your channel, no sick person needs more shit ed talk in their lives. Also, it's nice to find a guy making this videos 😊 Congrats on starting recovery.
I really don't want to recover but i have to i need to do so cuz other wise i'll be forced to eat against my well and that will only make me more sick Yesterday i was ryshed to the hospital because i fainted on the street .... why? I literally stopped eating for over 34 hours no food no water nothing at all my body just collapsed and my glucose levels were down on the ground i didn't tell any of the doctors that i haven't eaten in 2 days i just said that i didn't have breakfast this morning i lied to my parents and hid food inside my closet and when everyone goes to sleep i'd go and sneak it back to the fridge i was proud at first that i spent tso much tine without food and i was planning on completing 48 hrs but i was forced to eat when i got back at least i only had 663 cals
