- This incredible piece of prime real estate is famed for its delightful original “Yali” architectural style. The current owner has maintained this imposing historic townhouse to its wonderful status. Set over six floors, there is plenty of room for the family plus guests.
The Yali’s position just one parallel from the Bosphorous, ensure that the view can never be blocked in the future - the super strict Bosphorous planning and protection law ensures this.
The interior has four large bedrooms with large living rooms, and plenty of bathrooms. Views are available from the high floors.
Istinye Park mall is within 10 minutes, and the Bosphorus is just a few minutes away. The neighbourhood is protected by law, with groves, and similar style villas and townhouses. This ensures no over construction for eternity in the region, and absolutely no high rises, in what is known as the protected Bosphorus zone.
The first floor has the guest living room, entre, access to the elevator, as well as the laundry room and guest bathroom.
The second floor has the main living room, and a dining room. The third floor has two bedrooms, one of which is a master with balcony.
The fourth floor has a further tow bedrooms, balcony, and a kitchenette.
The best floor is reserved for last. The fifth floor provides a living room, kitchen, and a large terrace with 360 degree Bosphorous views.
The mansion looks so elegant, like a bride dressed in her white wedding gown. The apartments next to her look so drab.
The main street could use a fresh coat of asphalt too.

This house is a nice house but it's not "Yali" , yali describes all the homes which are build right on the shores of Bosphorus with rihtim/backyard on the Boshorus where you can dive into the sea from your own rihtim and with kayikhane which is like a cave under the house next to the rihtim where you park your boat...This house is just another historic house on the main street of Arnavutkoy district.. and it's a fine house, but it is definitely not a "Yali".
Correct in your description, this home was originally built as a Yali mansion, and when it was built the road you see just to the front didn't exist, it was the Bosphorus - it was later filled in to create that huge coastal road. Unfortunately there are many examples of this along the Bosphorus straight.
@@peraproperty I'm sorry , but this house was never a yali , it always had a street in front of it plus a building an actual yali right across the street which had blocked it's view to the sea.. as it does even today, the "kazikli road" or a long bridge like coastal road was built in front of that building which is right across the old main Arnavutkoy road from the house you have for sale. the house which is for sale here is a fine typical old Arnavutkoy town house but it was never a yali..

Was this home built by Greeks who used to live in Istanbul? If it’s from the Ottoman era, didn’t Greeks own these types of homes?
@@hasankilic9825. You ignorant fool. Many Greek owned these types of home in Istanbul and Smyrna. They were successful merchants who lived under Ottoman rule, They were not slaves of anyone.
