On your deadlifts try to limit the bend in your mid back. Squeeze shoulder blades and get your chest up. Great vid tho.

The work is from 9:00 to 23:00 (14h) but how much hours are put in effective work? In this example he has 2h for lunch 1h for gym so he works 11h straight?
@@nunziosabino8895 2 years later and can say i work in the industry now! A lot of work can only be done after having received crucial information that you mostly receive at close of business from other depts. Therefore sometimes you can take longer brakes but have to catch up deep in the night

Breathe into your abdominals first and sit back a bit before you pull your Deadlift. Don't think of the movement like a U shape. Think of it like you're stuck inside a telephone booth and the only way out is up. Good luck! :)

Sound interestin and rewarding but long hours n still working at home. I dnt wanna get home find my kids asleep everyday n still lock myself in home office to push work. I'll stick to public service 07h30-16h30, the wage is not fancy but freedom to do other things.

no lmaooo. That's why i'm pursuing asset or risk management. Investment banking is notorious for extreme work hours. This is my pasion, but i can foresee it being miserable eventually

Hey man thats a nice vid but your deadlift seemed to engaged quite a lot of lower back which is detrimental to your body posture. Recommend you to unload the weight or maybe find a professional trainer to correct your form.
