I think he wont directly give them away, but he will probably just make it very simple and you need a tiny bit of luck to get them. but yeah i agree with the rumbling and the 1st point
i remember the prestige candy cane was purposefully limited for only 700 or so to come out which 700 ppl got it relatively quick so a lot of ppl ended up wasting their time
