Ek maths se bsc kiya hua bandaa..agar religiously bsc nhi bhi padha hoga..to bhi syllabus utna tough nhi hoga uske liye jitna koi humanites leker padhe naye sire se..bcoz humanities mein bhi answer framing sikhna hi hogaa..usse achha maths pr hi mehnat kr le to it will be easier for him..or score bhi high hoga humanites jitna mehnat maths mein daal de to..answering skill development in humanities=practice required in maths optional...firr bhi maths mein score jyada aaenge

Sir I have political science in my graduation. But I had maths till 12th and have really strong basics and also a lot of interest. Can I take mathematics as my optional?
Bro if I say frank fully... Then the maths syllabus or question level is from graduation level... Which may really tough for a non maths graduate.. Specially algebra wala portion... We may take it... But according to me you should take something else.

@@SK-jh8yx I couldn't understand why you say it. But my intention was clear. I don't want to demotivate anyone. But maths as a optional requires a lot of practice. It will be really difficult for anyone who didn't pursue maths after 12th. I know this because I am a maths graduate.

Yeah of course. I think in core engineering like Civil Mech Electrical Mathematics is taught. Fluid Dynamics, Algebra, Calculus,Real Analysis etc. I am from civil engineering background and had read 70% syllabus during graduation but was not sureof taking Maths optional at that time otherwise I would have covered them seriously

If u have maths as optional in 12 ..then u can do it.. even one of my classmate was from commerce department but she was really good
S scientific maths is understandable if you have science background in Plus two. But go through abstract algebra, every one may not understand it.
