Both sound inviting and you (the girl dont know your name, sorry) sound like a little child) so sweet. Regarding the first property I was just going to be sold by the vintage sewing machine Is gorgeous too bad you didn't do a close up of it, I am into vintage sewing machines! The property is beautiful and has potential for sure.

If you refer to the first house, in Pietranico, it is cement-based plaster that was probably used to cover the stone walls in the sixties. The stone walls themselves have been built using lime plaster in between the stones. As it is an ancient house, there was not at that time what we know as modern cement. Ciao 😊
