A true devote never leaves the masters, it's like the wave leaving the Ocean.

But he was no disciple of Master. He was not even his Gurubhai, once Master was disciple of Sri Yukteswarji and him was disciple of Kebalanandaji

Too bad he left the Master. Until we reach nirvakalpa delusion can take us down.

He was not 100% yet liberated. I have a feeling where ever Master is he has forgiven him.

@@jquick85 Yes! Of course he forgave. (Just speculation, but I wonder if it was simply a karmic knot that needed to be addressed.)
Perhaps that's why Yogananda had a Light that was more profound and cosmic than I can comprehend. But I guess it's not up to me to fathom Great Masters, but to learn from them and bask in said Light. All blessings to you. 🕉️📿🙏🙋

Mortal Clown ahh! Someone who likes to talk about things I truly care about! Pronams to you! I think you’re right.
Yogananda went through a severe test losing a friend like that here. The undoing of karma in that falling out no doubt also created bad karma for leaving him. I think it’s my human nature to wonder how much an advanced soul gets set back by this kind of mistake.

@@jquick85 Tho I don't focus on it often, I'm very curious about past lives and what tangles those may bring into our current lives. Mainly, my attempts not to judge others ends up being more of a struggle than I care to admit. 😂🙏📿💙

Yogananda left his own master too. The first gurudev of Yoganandaji was Shastri Mahasaya (Swami Kebalananda). But he was not a Swami and Mukunda wanted to follow monkhood, so he changed to Shriyukteshwarji.

Nice to finally put a name to a face. I knew about her through correspondence with the late Jeannette Saunders. 🙏🏾

Wow! Well told story. Swami Dhirananda is new to me and now an absolute inspiration. I feel the same - that believing in one's own self is the most powerful, difficult, lonliest and truest path. Lonliness can be a powerful personal source for spiritual inspiration. It's not sad. It means making continual efforts to finding a higher source of fulfillment self acceptance and most importantly, belief. Yes, and who is the woman speaking?

There is a daughter named Ramona who is mentioned in this video. Who is her father? It is very unclear to whom the speaker is referring as the girl's father.
