W would've been a great president had he been strong. Instead he let his Daddy's ppl like Rumsfeld, Cheney etc pretty much make the decisions while using W as a scapegoat in the process. W was a pretty good president Pre-Iraq with a 93% approval. Once Iraq happened it was clear the neocons had control of him sadly.
