I don't understand how people make money at this. The only way from what i can see is to have some item that sells 10-20 orders daily and is sold at a 75% markup .. If i marked my items up that high nobody is gonnna buy them. I'm considering quiting Amazon soon it's just not good. 1. Save time
      - The ones teaching it spend hours creating and learning the skills and to pay a small fee to potentially make a lot later on is worth it
      2. I will actually use it
      - I tried looking up the same content for free but since I got it free I feel like (not just me but most people due to psychology) is when we pay for it, we will use it (more likely)
      If charging hundreds of dollars for a course not worth it but some charge $20-50 bucks and usually provides enough value for the bang

    Hey Travis, great video.
    Quick question, my first order is on its way to AMZ warehouse and I recently just discovered the unit size is 18.7 inches on one side. I already made a skeleton listing ,how can I change the weight of the unit to round it down to 18" sharp? And do you think amz staff will notice the discrepancy ?

      Travis Marziani thanks a lot buddy!! 👍🏾
      Btw, should I change the listing now while the product on its way to warehouse or should I wait till it's checked in ? Will it mess around with the ongoing shipping status ?

    • @paolo8665
      @paolo8665 6 месяцев назад +1

      Dude same, I'm trying to understand if this shit is normal, 45% fees, and with ads i basically lose any profit margin (and I'm selling at almost nine times my costs on a small product under 60 grams of weight)

    • @basvh666
      @basvh666 6 месяцев назад

      @@paolo8665 yeah. so i quit amazon because of the fees , and almost impossible to compete with existing brands with ads. I started selling wholesale to retailers instead. Soooooo much more profit.

    Hey Travis. New sub here. Quick question. I just got verified for a professional account yesterday. I haven't listed anything yet, but on my seller page it shows my balance is -111.87. I'm waiting for seller support to reply to my email, but just wondering what this could be. Any advice would be gretly appreciated!

      @@TravisMarziani Hey Travis. Yes, I've spoke with them numerous times over the past week, and they say they don't see that my total balance is negative, so I sent them a screenshot of what I was seeing and they just called it a glitch. lol
      My problems have worsen though. I didn't sign up for global selling, but it automatically signed me up for it. And before I could figure out how to disconnect from the 13 marketplaces it signed me up to, I had 3 countries charging my debit card anywhere from 32 to 46 dollars. I've since downgraded to individual seller, but I'm not sure if I even want to continue with Amazon.

    What if i have a big box of small products i want to sell? i have a bunch of products that are not new to amazon, so i havent gotten a upc code for them. How does that work? does amazon just package them separately when a customer orders them?
