Free temples from government control. Then they will be well-maintained. Or atleast make sure only hindus are there as trust members.
Take tirupathi as emple usually its well maintained. Last 5 years AP was ruled by very corrupt politician and they looted lot of trust money and have many non hindus as a teust ppl.
what non-sense. then why pay taxes to govt, lets pay to a private company. this time the issue was caused by a fake baba. nothing related to temple infrastructure. issue is religion and faith being misused by many groups in india. I'm an atheist and don't believe in god. But if God existed, then I'm sure he would consider everyone equal. If ony few babas and priests can communicate with god, then there is fundamentally something wrong with that entity. People should consider religion as a direct communication with God and not rely on brokers to bestow benefits through god.
We need more Periyars to educate our brothers and sisters.
Condolences to the affected families. Education and awareness is the only thing that can save us from such incidents. Create more educational institutions and hospitals instead of wasting time on building religious structures. Gods don't save us from fake babas and stampedes, common sense and self respect does.
