@@JaredLaswell pierce lets the ball get to his body way too much. He prefers to catch with his body it seems and that ain’t good… pierce had 65 targets for 32 receptions. Downs had 98 targets for 68 receptions and Pitt had 156 targets and came down with 109 receptions. It might be too late but I’ve said it before if he went to a better program they probably would’ve switched him to DB where he could’ve been a Jason Sehorn type. We do need a CB lol.

I knew those “character concerns” were BS when I found out he has type-1 diabetes. NFL teams don’t want to understand ailments like that. I’m glad he has a personal chef now so he can better manage his diet. I know that must of been such a challenge while in college and being a dad.
He’s super competitive. I like the attitude.

His post draft interview was definitely a little head scratching, but this interview has cleared any concerns I had about his personality. A chip on the shoulder is a must have for these guys, but definitely seemed a lot more humble this time around
Definitely checks out that I think he just had a lot of emotion on draft night. Can’t imagine how hard it is to be projected first round and go bottom of the 2nd when you’ve worked your whole life for it

Cut him some slack, he was definitely feeling some pain. When he was asked about being upset for falling to 52 multiple times you could see the frustration and pain on his face. He had first round hype, no one thought he’d escape the first round. He’s a high character guy and prioritizes the important things in his life as evidenced by his transfer to Texas after winning two straight nattys with georgia to be closer to his daughter.
