Loved that crunch on the cauliflower though I’d want to know more about the ingredients. I get that some simply don’t want to eat meat so will accept any good tasting non meat option as an alternative, but for me going meatless means I’m looking for healthy food so I’d want to know the calorie count, the breading components, what fat it was fried in etc. I currently make a grilled cauliflower steak for meatless Monday that’s pretty delish
