You can input your high school and preparatory education history. Before that, check the language requirements to see if an English language program is available under this scholarship
That depends on the individual, but it's enough. Many students are here with this scholarship and are following their studies without difficulties. But as I said, it varies from person to person.
You can use any title or position you consider appropriate in your application, as it does not matter much. Alternatively, you can use the same title as stated in your work experience letter.

You should upload the study plan, as it is specifically requested. The university may also ask for your research proposal, or perhaps both.

@gezahagndemsu5865 in China is not allowed to work with a student visa. You need to have a work visa.
