Pressed, travail as Jesus did going to calvary carrying the cross. Weeping may endure for a night, but Joy comes in the morning 🌄. I'm tired too, but I pressed we can't give up, God is bigger and greater than all of this.

Seeing this comment reminded me of two ideas that sort of work together... The idea of giving God a sacrifice of praise, praising Him even when we don't feel like it and when our path looks dark and twisted and scary. Have you heard a recent song called "hard fought Hallelujah" by Brandon Lake? The lyrics talk about sometimes even when we don't have the strength to get up or do anything else we can offer God a Hallelujah or praise Him. Praise changes our focus from the problems or challenges we face to the Face of the one with all the answers. And the second idea is from 2 direct quotes from the Bible, they comfort me as I live with chronic health challenges: Lamentations 3: 22&23 "it is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed. Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is thy faithfulness!" Lamentations 3:32 "But, though He cause grief, Yet will He have compassion according to the multitude of His Mercies." When we suffer it causes grief but God has compassion to cover the suffering and to use it. He comforts us, He is "The God of all comfort" and we can comfort one another because His Mercy and compassion don't stop flowing over us. I hope my comment brings you a little comfort and I will be praying for you that God sends you healing and hope, joy and peace. God will draw you closer to Him in this challenging time, Let Him tend to your heart, to grow more seed thru you. He will prepare you for harvest in His time.
