ठीक उसी तरह लगभग पूरे भारत में पश्चिम चंपारण जिले का 'बिहारी मटन करी' फेमस है।
इस रेसिपी में हम आपको इस फेमस नॉन-वेज डिश की रेसिपी बताने जा रहे हैं,
जिसे आप भी आसानी से घर पर बना सकती हैं। इसे बनाने में अधिक मेहनत भी करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। तो आइये बनाते है फेमस बिहारी स्टाइल मटन करी हैं।

Ingredients for Making Bihari Style Mutton Curry Recipe

Mustard Oil - 2 Laddle
Bay Leaf - 5
Whole Red Chillies - 4
Green Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 2
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1
Mace - 1
Onions Sliced - 6
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste - 3 Tbsp
Hot Water - as required
Mutton - 1 Kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Degi Mirch powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - a few ( optional )

सैफ अपने मटन करी तो जबरदस्त बनाई है बहुत लाजवाब है स्पाइसी है देखने से लग रहा है बहुत ही लाजवाब मटन करी बनी है देखते ही पानी आ जाता है क्योंकि मैं भी इसी स्टाइल में मटन पर आपने इसमें गरम मसाला ऐड नहीं किया है अगर गरम मसाला ऐड किया होता तुम्हें कह मटन सोने में सुहागा हो कोई बात नहीं मटन को देख कर रोगन को काफी स्वादिष्ट मटन मैं इसमें आपको मैं इसमें दस में नौ नंबर 👍🏻

Bro dont spread misinformation. Bhai khasi bakra 1-1.5 hr mai hi pakta hai. Tum jo bol rahe ho ki tumhare yaha 3-4 hrs mai pakta hai thats not the Khasi bakra thats the Sheep meat.
bro khassi bakra takes 1-2 hours to cook. while the non khassi one's take 3-4 hours to cook. that's the thing i mentioned in the video.

Hey I wish I could share a picture. For the first time I cooked mutton. Apki recipe dekhi, achi lagi, aur aise hi banaya jaise apne banaya bss thodi kalakari yeh krti ki masale thode zyada pad gae(pata nai kyu khatta sa ho gaya iss wajah se) aur cooker me 15 min sim pe rakhne ke baad 2-3 seeti aur laga di( islie zyada pakk gaya😂) lekin overall taste bht amazing tha. Next time exactly waise banaungi jaise apne bataya hai.
