For anyone else who comes looking for this information: the console port is on the back, opposite end of the power in. It's not shown in this video.
go the old school way with the console cable and its our worst nightmare when equipment fails

You Win, up to 4 Stack Switch with SFP, its Ring Topology. Master and Standby Switch failover if one fail another Active switch.
