You can change the colour of the Lunar logo if that's what you mean. Somewhere in the general settings I believe.

you should have vbos on and all the particles should be off accept fireworks and Partcles: decreased, which you already have

VBOs can sometimes increase your fps or lower it. For me I get a little bit higher fps with it off but it may differ for you. The reason I have multiple particles enabled is because of TNT on Hypixel displaying over play heads, MCC Island border, etc.
