@@scherben8870 Nope when you freeze it at the moment Hazard plays the ball the defender marking Crooks is inside the box and Crooks is outside the box. Also because i was at the game on that side of the ground where the linesman was standing i can tell you it was a very late(incorrect) flag and the defender was late pushing up. He knew he got it wrong which is why he didnt appeal for offside. Finally the fee-kick was taken at the position where Galvin was standing.
