Worst decision ... Even 1 km cannot be maintained .. why cant govt move all their activities outside 1 km ?? and help even the locals to move out (if possible)
1 kilometer is not enough! 1.5 billion?! Last count!!! We are set to devour everything! Even the simple act of eating 3 meals (some hardly get 1 meal) a day will finish everything on Earth. Wither are we headed? Each one of us need to ask ourselves this question...@ 8 billion?!

However, the plight of nation is that even the supreme court is not able to understand what Dr. Ambedkar meant. Nature, when it would be harsh, will not leave the judges and dictators. Hi I just want to argue that leaving so many Kharab land, why should we Rehabilitate and Restore communities in Eco sensitive zone. why are we even allowing making of houses. At least the chief conservator of forest will be able to save the sensitive zone and to rehabilitate the diversity which is required for the generations to come.
Without population control- all good efforts will be neutralized. We need public awareness and public pressure for effective progress. It’s sad no leader has come forward with honest discussion. As scare as land is in a highly dense populated country- the ban/“unban”/modifications will all net result to negative impact on ecosystem.
Tribal community live near jungle they live there from thousands of years still they maintain Jungle Why people who live in city cut most of there forest. & Pollute environment... Most of tribal groups live natural life ... .use less resources while city PPL use more products so more carbon emissions.....& Still make law for tribal community....which barely use car,ac, refrigerator etc.. have some shame & let them live with way they are.
Jab population control karne ka bill pass nhi huya hai aur strictly koi step nhi liya gya hai toh upr upr se ye sab karke koi fyda nhi, govt. asli kaam nhi karke faltu kar kar rhe hai, prithvi ke pass resources kam hon rhi hai aur population barne se har chiz ki quality toh bahat pehele hi kam hon gya hai that's why diseases baad rhi hai bcz of lack of nutrients in foods, decreasing the quality by increasing the quantity of products & specially water is the biggest issue, using excessive amount of drinking water for agriculture & construction
