Hi. I just "discovered" you, and love, love your tutorials! I've never made fake food before and you give such detailed hints for beginners. Can't wait to try my hand at these!

New subbie!! I am happy to have found your channel!! I love the fake foods!! So fun!! 💖 Oh yeah I saw you on Joann's channel!! You sent her a Christmas cake!! So your channel was recommended!! Yay!!
Hi, I'm new to your channel.. love everything, btw.BTW.. I have a question about the drizzle... I made some red for Christmas and drizzled around the top and did the drips. It looked grt, until it dried completely and then it had cracks in it. I used acrylic paint and modge podge. Do you have any idea what I did wrong?
Love all your great tips and ideas. Do you need to seal the drizzle to keep it from sticking? I am not sure why or what I did, buy my drizzle sticks to other other marshmallows or things next to it.
I've been watching your videos over and over again I want to make a fake treat table but I would like to dip my cakesicle in a drizzle instead of painting how do you get it thin enough to dip it😂
Excellent i love all your beautiful stuff you make. Can i ask what the stuff is that you actually used for the marshmallow as i didn’t hear what it’s called & i also live in the uk London so would it be called something different?. I’m not to good with social media perhaps that’s why I’m not seeing or understanding what your marshmallow is made from lol . Hope you can understand kind regards Tracey x
Hi! They are not the same thing because play doh will crack when left out to dry because it is not made for air drying. Model Magic is an AIR DRY clay so it will not crack if used properly.
Hi Cindy. Great tutorial! New subscriber!! I have a question about the marshmallows. I ordered some from Etsy and they came to me all moldy and they are soft to the touch. Does this type get hard or do they stay soft? I was also wondering what would happen if they got wet from moisture or something. I want to make them but am afraid they will mold like the ones off Etsy. I want to put them on top of Christmas mugs. Thank you for any help you can give me or anyone else that might know. Thanks again!
Hi Julie! first, I hope you got your money back! I use Model Magic air dry clay but any soft air dry clay should work. You need to leave the clay out so that the air hits it. The longer you leave it out the firmer they will get. I have some from last year that are just fine. The person you bought these from did not let them dry enough and just package them up if mold got on them. Make some now...leave them out to dry and they should be ready for you to use on your holiday mugs. ;)
@@peepthisyall does it crack or have seams? I got air dry clay from hobby lobby and i noticed last night i had some seams and things in mine. I used water to try to get it to smooth out, haven't checked today to see if it worked. Thank you for responding!
@@StickerBoutiqueInc As long as I condition my clay and stretch it until it looks like taffy I have never had any clay crack. I've used it for years with no problem.
@@peepthisyall thank you for the tips! I appreciate it. I'm going to see what my air dry clay looks like when i get home and then if it's still all crappy crackly i'll try working it for a longer timeframe but I did order some model magic :)

Hello, loved your VIDEO! What paint did you use in this video? In your description below Puffy Paint is listed. Thank you so much!
Hi! I used red Liquitex. I posted a link in the description. Thank you! :)
Where do you get the air dry from and is it in bulk? I just subscribed to your videos and I love this..you are so talented and explain it so easily.
Hi! Thank you. You can purchase a 2lb bucket from Amazon: amzn.to/3vBcdzD
Great show. I even ordered some sprinkles. How did you make the pop corn ?
Thank you!
Instead of the Crayola model magic you use, do you think playdo can be used for making sprinkles , seems like the same thing to me..
Thanks
Hi! They are not the same thing because play doh will crack when left out to dry because it is not made for air drying. Model Magic is an AIR DRY clay so it will not crack if used properly.

What is the name of the product. Do you get it at Hobby Lobby? Love your video
Thank you! I used Model Magic air dry clay. You can find it at Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Amazon. 😊
Hi do you add the drips of paint once the clay has set or before ?
I usually wait till it sets. 😉

Good morning Cindy!!
Good morning!
And that’s what I need to do Ornaments for my tree 🌲
Cheaper to make them but it cost you in time! We need more TIME in the day! Ha..ha! ;)
How long should it take for them to get hard? I made some with model magic and after 2 days they still have a squishy feeling to them?
Model Magic does take some time to get really firm but you can still decorate them.
@@peepthisyall Thank you! I love your videos!!
These look yummy
Thank you! 😊
Do you let the clay dry before decorating with the drips and other decorations?
No, you do not have to wait. 😉

Thank you! I been a crafter all my life...it comes naturally.

Where do you buy that fake paint for the drip ?? TIA
You can use slick fabric paint found at craft stores. 😉
Can you use foam marshmallows to make the pops?
You sure can.

do you prefer this model clay to the air dry clay?
Model Magic is lightweight air dry clay. Crayola air dry clay is heavier and not my favorite.
