Today because of her death , I got the call of Islam, just before today I was committing sins but now I feel deep regret and I want to come to the path of ALLAH

I am so lost and depressed. I have been asking Allah for one dua for 2 years now. That Allah must uplift my calamaties. Please make dua for me
Just remember not to say 'Allah didn't answer my dua' for then he certainly won't. Perhaps he will give you something much better in sha Allah
Be patient surely Allah is with the patient. Never give up on the hope of Allah may he swt grant you something better than that you've asked him for. Remember to have the highest form of hope for Allah and believe that he will grant you something greater than you could ever comprehend when you least expect it.
tahajjud is the Only way
Pray tahujjid if you can. Saves you from calamities.

Allahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadinw wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammad; kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheem, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed.
Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadinw wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammad; kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheem, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ،

Meaning of Khushu`
What is required of the worshipper is to show humility [khushu`] in his prayer and to have complete focus of mind, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Certainly will the believers have succeeded:
“They who are during their prayer humbly submissive [khashi‘un].” [al-Muminun 23:1-2]
Focusing on prayer and being humble therein are among the most important issues, and this is the essence of the prayer. Therefore we must pay attention to focusing with proper humility in the prayer and performing it in a tranquil and unhurried manner, when prostrating and bowing, between the two prostrations, and after bowing when standing up again; it should be done in a tranquil and unhurried manner.❤

Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ(۲۸۵) لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وقفہ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وقفہ وَارْحَمْنَا وقفہ ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ🤲🏻✨️
Great Khutba !
In the Quran, Surah Ibrahim there is a dua which was said by Prophet Ibrahim, may peace be upon him, which asks Allah to make him and his family among the best Muslims.
In this short dua Prophet Ibrahim asks of Allah for the following things:
Be among the Muslims who have the discpline to pray the five salats consistently.
Asks Allah to have children who would remember the importance of establishing prayer.
Asks for Allah’s forgiveness for himself.
Asks Allah to forgive his parents.
Asks Allah to forgive the entire Ummah.
So what exactly was this dua?
RABBIJ ALNI MUQEEMAS SALATI IN ARABIC
The dua is from Surah Ibrahim ayat 40-41. In arabic this is written,
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Transliteration: [ayah 40] Rabbij alni muqeemas salati wa min zurriyati Rabbana wa taqabbal du’a [41] Rabbanagh fir lee waliwalidayya wa lil mumineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab
RABBI JALNI MUQIMAS SALATI MEANING:
The english translation of this dua is:
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.”
On the day account is established “Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.” (14:51)
We would be wise to recite this dua every so often, it is a beautiful dua and asks Allah many things, the main focus being for good family. It wishes well for yourself, your children and your parents. It even goes to on to ask forgive the entire Muslim ummah✨️🤲🏻🤍🪴✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Here in India so many ustads are doing business, tempting people to pray infront of graveyards....

It is quite interesting to see how two schools of thoughts look at the same verses from a completely different perspective. The Farahi school of thought considers Bani Ismail as the primary addressee of these verses. Muslims in general may be indirect addressees but not direct. When Allah SWT says "He chose you", that Ijtiba happened first for Bani Israel as the leading nation to carry the message and then shifted to Bani Ismael when Bani Israel betrayed Allah SWT. That's why the verses are specifically calling Rasool Allah SAW as the "witness" over them. "Shaheed" when used for Rasool is the direct mention of Rasool being the witness on the day of judgement against or for that nation. Similarly, Allah SWT made first Bani Israel, and then Bani Ismail as the Shaheed over other nations of the world as they are made the leaders to carry the message. And on the day of judgement they will be witness against or for them if the message is delivered or not. That's why Quran called Bani Ismael as the Middle Nation (Ummat Wasata) because on its one side there is Rasool and on another side there are other nations. They are in the middle. The evidence of this that these verses are addressing Bani Ismael is the reference of "your father" in the verse which is Ibrahim AS. Ibrahim AS is the father of Bani Ismael.

As salamu alaykum! I have a question for you. Question: Are the following hadiths authentic?
[1] Whoever reads Surat Al-Kahf as it was revealed, there will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection.
[Al-Sunan Al-Kubrá]
[2] Tamim Ad-Dari narrated:
The Messenger of Allah said:
“Whoever says ten times:
ASHHADU AN LA ILAHA ILLALLAH, WAHDAHU LA SHARIKA LAHU,
ILAHAN WAHIDAN,
AHADAN SWAMADAN LAM YATTAKHIDH SWAHIBATAN WA LA WALADAN WA LAM YAKUN LAHU KUFUWAN AHAD
Translation:
"I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah. Alone, without partner, One Deity, the One, As-Swamad, He did not take a wife, nor a child, nor is there to Him any equivalent."
ALLAH WILL WRITE FOR HIM FORTY MILLION GOOD DEEDS.

And whoever is mindful of Allah, He will make a way out for them, and provide for them from sources they could never imagine. And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He alone is sufficient for them. Certainly Allah achieves His Will.
