Man, I was just reading 1 Nephi 17, when it says that they were in the WILDERNESS for EIGHT. YEARS. That's 8 YEARS in a tent.... With their wives giving birth to babies... And struggling... And it was hard for EVERYONE. and laman and lemuel were like IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF WE DIED IN JERUSALEM than to come out here... They were homeless too. So I'm sure they felt as every bit of anger and frustration and guilt and everything else you guys felt...in a tent. But I LOVE that you guys kept praying... That you made the best of your situation. And you didn't give up your faith... That you guys were like Nephi..... And now you've made it to your promised land. :) quite literally. Haha. I'm so happy for you, and I'm so glad you guys are such great examples to us! ❤️ That although your faith was tested, you came out on the other side. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been wondering were you have been with your family...... My family & I have done this one year.. except we camped for a month & stayed a few days in hotel.. finally when we did get out house only the most essential things came to me & my daughters for 3 months & then we finally got everything we owned , it to was across Canada in the North wilderness with four under 10 , two cars & a dog that camped too!!itwas a trip too🤷🏽♀️❤️🙏🏽🇨🇦
Oh my gosh! Where in New York? We could be neighbors. Sad that anyone has to fight for a place to live especially with young children. We had to live in several different hotels for 6 months, it is very rough. Last year we had to live off grid in a trailer last winter. The trailer was not in good shape. It was very hard but we did it just to keep a roof over our heads. Im thrilled you finally got into a home.
I haven't watched the whole video so I don't know what happened yet. I hope you got in the house. You are so bless to live in New York! Last fall my family and I went on vacation in Rochester so we could do Niagra and Palmyra. It was awesome!!! I want to live there but my hubby (who works happily at byui) does not want to move. We go back in the upcoming summer and I can't wait!! ❤
