Hello im Thai and want to give little bit correct info: 1) Boat Noodle broth is added with blood & various soy sauces thats why have aromatic and rich thick taste. 2) Yentafo /the yen-ta-fo sauce, in particular the red /pink colour natural is bean curd/tofu (not ketchup) -Thai cuisine mostly 98% don’t use ketchups in ingredients 3)Khao soi is rich, slightly spicy coconut milk curry broth ..very creamy. Anyway nice video, Love street food so much and so varieties dishes, Thx for coming to Thailand🙏🏻🇹🇭

I am a big fan of crab with glass noodles stream in the pot . I use to try this recipe with in every cities around Asia which I went by , you name it but I would say that one at 11:24 " Somsak Pu Ob " is the best , very very best , no one could compare with.

ผมจะบอกคุณทุกคนว่า ร้านอาหารข้างทาง ยิ่งร้านไหนมีคนรับประทานเยอะ นั้นคือร้านที่ดี และรสชาติอาหารที่ส่งต่อจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น มันมีเอกเอกลักษณ์ เฉพาะตัว แล้วท่านใดที่มาเที่ยวประเทศไทย ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปร้านที่มีรางวัล เรื่องหลัก คนกินเยอะร้านนั้นอร่อย แล้วเรื่องที่กินแล้วปวดท้องไม่ใช่จากอาหารที่ปรุงสดใหม่ แต่มันเกิดจากรสชาติ ที่คนต่างชาติไม่คุ้นเคย นั้นก็คือรสชาติ เผ็ดกับเปรี้ยว ค่อยๆกินไต่ระดับเลเวลขึ้นไป และผมแน่นำยาธาตุ ตรา กระต่ายบิน มันสามารถช่วยคุณได้
