No. Metallica being the most overrated sell outs that they’ve become were around about a good four years beforehand. Death Angel modeling themselves straight after that band and their earlier releases like Kill Em All, Ride The Lightning and obviously Master Of Puppets which if you look at the themes, lengths and the songs themselves are all pretty much a direct blueprint of the previous album. They think nobody’s noticed the similarities on this basically the same record? Their biggest influence is Metallica, they were still 7-10 year old kids when Metallica released their first album

This is epic! Thanks for uploading. I agree that DA is the best thrash metal band!!! All their members are super nice and cool too! Their lead guitarist/constant founding member, Rob Cavestany, personally gave me and my husband VIP guest passes to the Pulp Summer Slam in the PI in 2018. We were probably the only Artist's guests at the VIP pit that time. That was our most memorable concert ever! Not only that, he invited us again to the private listening party of their Humanicide album back in 2019 in Oakland. We're forever grateful to Rob for all the awesome memories! :)

Not really relevant seeing how Anthrax’s been around for over 40+ years now; having Joey Belladonna back in the lineup was the most intelligent move Scott’s ever taken. Metallica on the other hand sold out right after their last original album. And Justice For All should’ve been a single version instead of the few songs that were okay at best and nobody’s interested in an 11:00 minute tune about harvesting your sorrows lolol; also lost mostly all of the old school thrash fans who’ve put them where they wound up in the late eighties before they decided they wanted to attract more of a mainstream audience than stay loyal to their older generation of particular acts that’d been so supportive towards their music up til a certain point. Anthrax’s also responsible for releasing one of the heaviest albums of 1985 with their alter ego’s SOD: Speak English Or Die! 3/4’s of their own band members wrote the songs and had Billy Milano sing. I mean, in 1989 Jethro Tull won the Best Hard Rock and/or Heavy Metal category for the best album that year with And Justice For All in the running..? Not cool man. Check out the Anthrax Lp “ Spreading The Disease” +” Among The Living as compared with Metallica post-1987’s Ep which’s an excellent example of other artist’s creativity like Lars Ulrich’s collection of Diamond Head, Budgie and The Misfits ( Oops 😬 that was Cliff’s) Death Angel, Dark Angel with Don Doty only, Exodus and possibly Testament oughtta be the new Big Four! Sincerely, DJP Anal Cunt; Postmortem and Kilslug Sony; Earache 🇬🇧 Columbia and TAANG!! Records @ ALL RIGHTS RESERVED by copyright infringement laws worldwide via Boston Massachusetts Amerikkka quite obvious by this point in time..
