Body shop quality control.... how they screwed this client over ...

this beautiful BMW had received a full paint correction and coating . then wanted to have his front bumper and hood and rear bumper touched up and repaired from a "reputable" body shop .. long story short they "waxed" the car as a courtesy for the client after he had already told them we had done a full correction of the car. then we catch them in a lie saying "they didn't even "wax" that side of the vehicle where the machine holograms are.. then for them to say they would cover 300$ of the cost or he could bring the car back. for them to perform the paint correction... "paint correction is easy"... and they could install the coating . lol 🤣
