I got some wooden dowels and painted them white and attached then to my wall with command hooks so I can display my wrapping paper on the wall with another command hook for the scissors I can change out the wrapping paper depending on the season I love it cheap and easy wrapping station!
I wrap everything, including gifts to me. Since' I'm doing all that work, I do what works for me. So I keep a bag on the back of our bedroom door with the tags, a pair of scissors, tape, and bows. We have bookshelves in the bedroom, so I keep the paper rolls up there where the kids won't get into them. I just buy the bags as we need them, I do more of the boxes and wrapping. Extra boxes I keep up with the rolls of paper.
OMG🥺 To each their own. But I have my husband wrap mine & stuff my stocking! Even if it’s not perfect or the way I want it, I know it makes him happy! It also makes me feel appreciated & like he tried. Not everything has to be perfect❤️

If I dont put something in my stocking then there won't be anything and every one else's will. I do not care about perfection. My daughter would be curious as to why 🎅 fills everyone's stocking but mine though. It isn't a big deal I was just agreeing with OP.

Mine is just a mess until the wrapping is done. Once I get all the gifts, I just lay all the wrapping products on the kitchen table and take the gifts out a little at a time until it's all done. It took me about 3 days this year and now the mess is up. I was stressing bad at the mess. BTW, all my kids are moved out now. Used to be in my room, the night before Christmas. Lol. My goal, wrapping room set up all year!

One is similar to yours but not the same. Only in queen. So it would be for guest or daughter's room. Maybe I will learn to video and share.
Keep borrowing them bins for when you open gifts. Put a garbage bag in each. Then each kid has one. When they open thier presents they can put wrapping paper directly in thier garbage bag and gifts in thier tote! Stays organized and clean.

I have the same exact Bosch as you and it has helped me so much and I have had it for over 20 years and it still works well and I have never really had to have it fixed to encourage you that it is very well made and worth it. You came to North Carolina, I live in NC. This place is beautiful, we go to the beach maybe once a year because our family is not that excited about the ocean. But it’s still beautiful
That everything but the bagel seasoning makes a great dip if you mix a few tablespoons into a tub of full fat plain Greek yogurt! It’s great with veggies, potato chips, bagel chips, or pretzels, and it doesn’t taste healthy even though it is! (Plus how can you beat a two-ingredient dip?)
My mom made tons of M&M cookies every year. I try and carry on her tradition by making a couple batches each year. I've not been able to find red and green M&M's this year though. Even the two Sam's clubs in my area are out of stock, as well as every grocery store around here! So I had to buy a few of the movie theater boxes of the red and green ones for my cookies. Just one of those strange ingredients hard to find this year. Glad you found some Kimmie!
I don't trust anyone doing my grocery shopping properly lol. Love going to the store so I don't mind doing groceries. My husband and I do it together. I can see delivery being so convenient for families with kids though.
Oh no, looks like someone got peckish on the drive to deliver your food order🙊 I don’t like wasting food either, which is exactly why I no longer do grocery pickup (or deliveries).. too many times I’ll get half rotten fruit or veggies. I don’t understand how someone fulfills the order with molding strawberries or brown lettuce and not notice or care. Then I end up going back to the store and waiting in the customer service line for a refund or I throw the item away. Either way, I’ve decided it’s just best for me to go inside myself and get the job done correctly.

But my kids go beyond crazy with their creativity and want to use something from everything and then it becomes a HUGE mess! 🤪 So now I have a box they can pick their wrapping paper and a duffle bag that holds some markers, labels, bows, tape, and scissors! 😅 Then when they are done they can throw it all back in the bag! Lol

Probably not authentic, but so good! The pretzel thing was frustrating! I have never done grocery delivery for that very reason. I go to the store myself so I know what I’m getting!

I actually won my first book in a giveaway they were doing and had them send it to a US parcel place because I live near the border. In the Italian Christmas cookies do you use self rising flower or all purpose. If you use all purpose can you substitute the all purpose flour with self rising and if so would I still need the baking bowser

I grew up on Italian cookies but mine look a lot different than yours. Also never had them with lemon and we use a much thicker icing. My immediate family loves anise but everyone else doesn’t ( cousins, aunt, uncles and grandma). They use vanilla instead. Imo they aren’t the same with vanilla and don’t taste good with it. We also do a chocolate chip with anise. I find it interesting that anise supposedly tastes like black licorice. I don’t think it does at all.

Before I cook I fill my sink up with hot soapy water. That way as pots get dirty, they can be soaking. Works really well.

Yep. I wrap all of ours too. Just like you, I wrap my own presents as well and stuff my stocking so it looks like everyone else's.
