You are saying that the hybrid seeds once used by farmers do not germinate second time because it loses its hybrid characters and next time the farmers had to buy new seeds. This is due to the fact that the seeds that dp not lose there hybrid characters are called apomictic seeds and if the duplicate seeds are sold then they lose there hybrid characters.

I am preparing for upsc since 2.5 years but still prelims not clear and after 2017 i have not taken break like " not travelling to enjoyable places". Now feeling that I should take break for 4-5 days like visiting Mumbai hill station. If I take 4-5days that, can it halt my preparation ? Although I am feeling guilty to think about this. Also there had been a clear negligence to the rules, laws brought about by UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Commission), what is assured is that since this organisation had no in veto power so what happens this big nation try to show there power against this. They show there presence in the meeting but do not act accordingly the statement and laws had remained just limited to paper.
Actually, 5 issues in agriculture are not that you are saying is not related to agriculture. Actually, they are related to trading and commerce. I my opinion the 5 problem can be listed as below: 1. Weeds had become resistant to weedicides and instead cause harm to main crop. 2. Water logging due to excess use of chemicals and salinity. 3. Climate changes due to pollution 4. Irregular rainfall 5. Unavailability of proper guidance at ground especially in remote villages and rural area.
5 trillion dollar economy can be achieved by simply reducing a social perception that this sector is superior and this in inferior in minds of people, thereby increasing the involvement of youth in agriculture, animal husbandry and allied industries especially in the states having service sector as largest contributor of GDP.
