Bought neckbones today, was definitely boiling them tomorrow, but now they will be definitely roasted in the oven, I could just imagine the taste delicious taste of baking in the oven, boiling them would definitely seem to me you won't have the 100% taste as you would in the oven

Great job. We have a similar recipe in Portuguese cuisine, but we add minced garlic, clove (spice) and piripiri hot sauce. I know that food you made is delicious.

Thanks it awesome you can also throw in them Turkey Necks . Tip: when you boil them I figured once you dump the juice off there go the flavor that’s why I bake those.
