Honestly mikey fought completely different against ortiz im suprised he wasn’t jabbing alot more and moving but im guessing things change when you get hit clean in the fight. Im also wondering if he thought ortiz hit as hard as they say he did

GREAT FIGHT! Even tho he head butted Ortiz in the first round!
No lie, I think that was his camp's game plan from the jump. It was obvious, he was leading with that head way too much in the 1st until he finally cut Vergil. He came out the 2nd targeting that cut after the "intentional" headbutt in the 1st. He made it obvious what their game plan was. Open him up, and get the stoppage, and pray and hope he was up on the cards in the first couple of rounds enough to get the W.

Should of stepped up slowly just like they are doing with Conor Benn, jumping from domestic level straight into a shark tank and winning is a very difficult feat to do, hope he makes it

He got offered the fight and believed in himself he could win fair play. Most boxers that get in with Ortiz will be jumping levels

This isn't the UFC. In Boxing like 30 people have a direct financial interest in every fight. In other words, there isn't YET enough money. If Boxing was run by one person (like Dana White) then Boots and Ortiz would've fought already.
