This is a quick Tutorial video I made for SCP:SL Megapatch 2 which will take you from beginner to pro and get you killing scrubs in no time.

So this was one of my first ever tips and tricks videos for SCP:SL, and I got the music levels a bit wrong. I've made several other vids including a more recent Scopophobia tutorial, but YT just refuses to show it, for some reason it loves promoting one of my oldest videos. So I am sorry - have a look at some of my other vids and see what you think please!

top tip: IF YOU’RE A D BOY JUST BUNNY HOP AWAY FROM PEANUT AND THE GUARDS
By the way, the most useful recipe for SCP-914 in my opinion is the ability to put on setting fine flash grenades to become SCP-204. As a d-boy or scientist you dan use that to your advantage by staking 4 four conka-colas into your inventory and then use all of them while you escape.

@@DoodleTerror you make that sound like it's a bad thing. The whole idea is trying to escape and making that feel like a fight every time you play as a d-class. If you can bhop, it just makes it more of a sweaty thing than an actual thrilling thing. Plus, bhoping takes away from the gun play; why use actual tactics when you can just spasticly jump around?

A tip from me. Use night vision to aim if the muzzle flash is bothering you.
Try putting the flash bang in 914 one more time and it gives you a special item

People don't know that you can easily find the checkpoint in Entrance Zone if you follow the cameras (they have to be on the right in the place where there's 4 doors to open)

Do you mean at the Heavy Containment Armory, where it splits into 3 paths?
@@JOS.HOLMUSIC No no! In Entrance Zone, where it splits into 4 paths ! You can see a camera on the ceiling, it has to be on your right to get the "trick" done (sorry for my bad English, hope you can understand)

As a Facility Guard I open the lockers and grab a scientist key card, then get the lieutenant. Then I go to either SCP-049 spawn or Alpha Warhead (wherever the gun is) I can quickly get whatever that gun is called.
its usually called the "MTF gun" or "E-11 gun"
Epsilon 11
When in a no-win situation where you are very likely to die and not be able to escape, you can make sacrifice plays by chucking a nade, or even just running while shooting the scp to do damage and make it easier for others to kill that SCP
(E.g. 096 triggers while in a lift with you so you chuck a nade and send the lift back down, or you have no means of opening the gates as a guard and empty your ammo into an scp)

Bonus tip: 096 rage time is the same as the timer on the grenade, 5 seconds.
when im a facility guard, ill just stare at 096 and stick as many bullets as i can into him before i die

Tip: When playing scientist or d-class, stick together with the other party but do not trust
For someone wit ha trust issue it should be easy
Another tip : Don't trust anyone, instead rush lockers to find useful items to upgrade into SCP-914 and then escape Light Containement zone as soon as possible to avoid the decomtamination process that will occur in 20 minutes following the start of the game.
Well if a scientist is telling me to come with them while at gunpoint I’m gonna go with them
@@lenoob1937 well yea, my philosophy is simple, applies even more for d-class: strength in numbers, and the more likely someone will end up with the right keycard, or a grenade, or a gun to pop a couple guards

Some more scp 914 recipes
Flash bang ; very fine= scp 207
Flash bang; fine = Hegrenade ( needed if a scientist has a weapon but u don’t so u can throw the hegrenade into the 914 with the scientist)
As an scp If you are damaged you can put the 914 to very fine and you will heal by 3-7 procent (works only if the 914 does damage to humans)
You can kill the 173 by baiting the 173 into the 914 and pressing coarse or rough (works only if the 914 does damage to humans)
Painkiller; 1:1= Adrenalin
Logicer;very fine= 25% chance of making MICROHID

im not sure if you know this but if you put adrenalin in 914 on fine you get SCP-500
just a heads up
Even better tip: pressing ctrl+n activates aim assist, so you’re more likely to hit somebody

This was very useful I kept on dying with a a normal scientist keycard then I used the easy way and I was on the way out

Bruh facility guards just die when scps go to entrance first...
*This is one of the most important tricks I learned by myself:*
When you're dead you have to spectate the scps, because if one of them is camping it will be much easier to find.
U could turn the toggle shift in the settings in the main menu of SCPSL
TIP 8
Epsilon-11 SR (mtf gun) always sniper scope.
With this you can win alone vs chaos in open area or long corridor

flash can put on fine to frag grenade but...

About tip number 7, don’t use it on scp 173, the flash bangs work in his favor if you are blind

Most people don’t know about the yellow card as guard. It’s a very useful thing to get scps.
oh here is a few
1. in light there are only 4 places that you can find a gun without a armoury keycard the bathroom/WC, 173's chamber, scp 012 and scp 372 so if you here an scp in there you can get the gun and upgrade it and dont forget only one spawns in one of these 4 locations so if they arent there try to find it on a corpse.
2. do not follow fellow d-class or scientists, even if you know they wont rat you out if they get killed they will make the SCPs keep looking for you
3. if you put pain killers, medkits, or adrenalin ingect into 914 on fine you will get SCP-500 but pain killers will take 3 times and meds twice
4. the soda is good in any circumstance if you are trying to run past an SCP or you want to run from them to escaping oncoming bullet fire from caous or MTF

Tip : When you get 106'ed stay at one view then go to the left 5 times then walk out/
#6 you can change steam bind keys or toggle sprint but i did not even noticed the steam bind settings so thats cool

i was as lone survivor mtf and i hid down in a corner waiting for more mtf to come when i suddenly hear the elevator going down to me i waited a bit
threw a frag doors opened i saw like 3 chaos come out and grenade exploded they died and after a minute i got banned

@MALEK001 001 I know but there is a chance that 173 will snap your neck, but 096 now is more op and it was slower before beta came out.
Alright so coming from the guy that spent 1000+ hours in this game, my recommendation for any new comers to this game at least at the time being, figuring out the scp's early in the game is a key tactic. Look for people blinking, screaming, and the other noises. They will save your ass in the future if you get in a sticky situation. There's also one more thing as well which most of us hate, and that's the peanut shyguy combo. Just avoid it. Keep them separated and try not to get caught off guard.

I've keybinded voice in-game to left alt and inventory to Q, much easier for me.
Also a flashbang on very fine would 100% turn it into coke but we'll have to see how that turns out when parabellum has released.
3 cokes is the sweet spot since you can run straight through teslas and the damage taken isn't that bad, though just 1 coke suffices in all other scenarios, the infinite sprint is really useful

You forgot the tip where you better your own survival by closing doors on remasters to sacrifice them to escape! That’s like rule 1
With the Scopophobia Update, the flashbang trick might not work because 096 can see where the player is. There will be a glowing sphere around them, so if 096 sees them run one way, they may be able to catch them while still being blinded.

if you don't have the right card to get the micro HID, then throw a grenade at the door and it will blow it off! You can also use the rubber ball if you find it.
Cool tip: if you upgrade a scientist card on very fine twice you can get an O5 that is if you're lucky
When your a d boy and you dont have any card just go to any entrance zone when decoramination starts you have 20 seconds and chaos or mtfs already open the gates

Go to settings on the main screen, then tap gameplay and it should be "Show exact health" or smth like that

Flash fight is important to deal with the 173 and 079 combination.
You can't drop ammo...
You can my friend! Grab a weapons tablet, open it in your hands. Scroll down to the ammo and select it with right. Then press right again to drop it :)

Go into game settings in start menu not in game settings menu. Then select show actual health
