    As a newbie I’m taking everything that’s coming in. Just yesterday I drove 35 minutes south for $70. I believe the signing services are going to help me learn my craft and give me experience. In a week I’ve made $100, $85, $75 & $70 respectively. And tonight I have a refi for $150! I’m totally NOT against signing services. I need them in my career at this point. Thanks for talking to us 😊

    32 signings in 10 days averaged out to roughly 139 per signing. Money is money!

    32 signings in 10 days to make over 3000 dollars. I look at it as the signing may take 45 to 1 hour each, so 32 hours and you make over 3000. Some don't make that in a month and you still had roughly 20 days left in the month for more opportunities. I just want people to look at the bigger picture versus looking at the money aspect. There is nothing wrong with goals but everyone's journey is not for you. Keep the videos coming!!

    Going direct pay you more money. Between 150-200 every time. That’s the difference. Yes you need SC to get your feet wet but once you get that experience and know what your doing your gonna want to make more money if you can. That’s a no brained. The LSS course teach you so much.

    They act like it’s the end all be all and honestly I know I’m not at all ready to go direct and that’s ok I want to be confident before I go direct. Who knows I might even just stay with signing the companies . Every body’s journey is different and that’s ok too.

    Good video brother. I've been watching alot of videos and I just filled out my notary paperwork today. Honestly, I don't even have thoughts on going direct. I plan on hustling with the signing companies as much as possible and whatever happens happens. I'm just in it for the extra money.

    The escrow officer I work with will print the documents for me. I never had a signing service print for me unless it is a two part signing and the documents are being shipped to me from the other location. However, some signing services will pay more than title companies especially if it is a last minute signing.

  • @roses4me451

    Thank you for explaining the two services. As a new notary, I feel it would be best to take available assignments to learn various docs, and gain experience in different situations. Too many on here make it sound like a "cake walk" when like everything in life it has its pros and cons. Great video & humor.

    • @GriffinNotary

      That is correct. Each title company has a limited number of closings per month and the more direct notaries they work with the less we can get. But the signing company can have 15, 20 or more companies they work with and that means more closings for us

  • @junebreeze5620
    @junebreeze5620 3 года назад +1

    You are awesome for giving us items to make us top signing agents. If you are working to make money why not do the items that pay the most? Money is money and more money is better. Can a notary make $10k a month with the signing agencies without doing double the work? Can a title company provide enough work to consistently make sure the notary makes $10k per month? There are always price wars even with the signing company’s. How much is the profit if a notary must print docs due to working for a signing agency vs pre-printed docs from a title company? A manager can manage what they don’t do personally. My friend is a nurse manager with 6 clinics, she has a BSN, MS, DPN. Her boss has a BA & MBA and manages 10 nurse managers. Thank you for giving different things to consider b 4 going direct and ways to negotiate with both title companies and signing agencies.

    I think people talk down on SS because pay time is far out, whereas direct you get paid within that month most times.

    • @GriffinNotary
      @GriffinNotary  3 года назад +2

      That is correct but when the only one that is giving you work is the SS. Sometimes you have to take the dollars you can until the direct clients hire you

  • @parkerproductions5878
    @parkerproductions5878 3 года назад

    At the end of the day, money is money, and as an Independent Contractor you ultimately work for yourself anyways whether the business comes from a SS or from a TC. Period! But a lot of these new signing agents do get hung up on “going direct” like it’s a cure all solution, but it’s all about personal preference, because what works for you may or may not work for me and vice versa. It’s more than one way to skin a cat, So at the end of the day, you just have to do whatever works best for you and allows you to reach your business goals.

    • @GriffinNotary
      @GriffinNotary  3 года назад +4

      @CaliLoveTV you are 100%. When someone really doesn't understand how to run a business they start grasping for straws and trying to get others to make it easy for them rather than put in the work and move their business into a profitable state.

    • @GriffinNotary
      @GriffinNotary  3 года назад +4

      Also. People think that the only cheap title companies are the ones that use a signing service. To me all title/escrow companies have an incentive to low ball notaries especially new ones.
