Joe Judge had no chance to grow as a head coach being in a team with Gettleman. He never really had a winning team to begin with. All those picks and signings were either chosen by Gruden or had to be approved by Gruden; that's been admitted openly by the owner. So I guess keep Mayock another year and see what he can really do. It's going to be an interesting off-season for the Raiders regardless.

I'm pretty sure it took 48 hours was because they realised the GM search would be much harder if the new GM was stuck with Judge.
