    Do faith and science go hand in hand? Can one be a good scientist on the one hand and a religious believer on the other?
    Few people know that the Vatican has had its own astronomical observatory for more than 100 years. Guy Consolmagno, astronomer and a Jesuit brother, is the director: “Religion needs science to keep it away from superstition and keep it close to reality. But people who think they can use science to prove the existence of God make science more powerful than God.”
