I don't understand what this match has to do with forcing the point that Alcaraz is better than Sinner, especially in a season like this, without even mentioning Taylor Fritz. Jim Courier is forcing an argument that has nothing to do with what is happening at the moment. It's as if he's closing his eyes to what's happening, and he doesn't like what he sees on the pitch, and he's saying "no come on, it's not true, my pupil Alcaraz is stronger" commenting on a match in which Sinner isn't even playing against Carlos. Ridiculous. If Alcaraz had won a match like the one Sinner won yesterday vs a strong Fritz Courier would probably be building an altar in honor of Carlos.
I believe that if Jannik Sinner had not had the doping problem and could have played without worries, he would have won all the tournaments including the Olympics Jannik Sinner should judged after the process with wada ends positively, for a 23 year old boy to undergo the whole massmedia trial for an indirect contamination that could close his career for 2 years, was a huge burden
I would tend to agree with the guys....if Alcaraz is having a good day ....he is the best of the best, and that's how he's been able to beat Jannik 3 times this year. But Carlos lack consistency and mentally he is not on par with Jannik, who is able to keep a very high level without flinching throughout the whole season.
@@vindukur100 true that...I just think Carlos can sometimes go to a level Sinner can't ...just a personal opinion. And I'm an Italian Sinner supporter by the way..
I just don't think Carlos has faced the best version of Sinner yet this year despite all 3 matches were close. In Indian Wells, Sinner got injured in the second set and went downhill from there. At RG, Sinner were still secretly traumatized by the doping incidence. At Beijing, Sinner was facing the reappealing of WADA in mid-tournament. In both RG and Beijing, Sinner was not in good form. It's obvious just by checking his stat in the previous matches. Also, Carlos could have won against Sinner in Wimby as well if Sinner had got through Medvedev. Sinner was still affected by the doping incidence during Wimbledon. Nevertheless, the inferior version of Sinner was able to go deep in every tournament and caused trouble to Carlos. On the other hand, when Sinner was at his best, Carlos was losing to someone outside top 20 or even top 50. In Turin, I guesss Carlos won't be able to meet Sinner considering his current form.
@@ngoduy3110 I think at RG it was more about his hip problem from Madrid. Even Alcaraz wasn't at his best but Sinner was out of fuel way too fast even for him.
@@FM22-apI feel like sinner was the better player in France, he won more return points and had more chances, both players weren’t playing well. But he let alcaraz into the 4th set and Alcaraz in 5th sets is literally unbeatable.
@@rishabchawla4874first off, he beat him in riyadh which wasn’t an official match, but still meant a lot. second, the reason is because when sinners not playing well, he still beats everyone and only loses to carlos in the final. when carlos doesn’t play well, he loses in earlier rounds way before he even gets to sinner to lower ranked players. there’s a reason sinner is world number 1 by a huge margin and alcaraz isn’t even ranked second. that’s not to diminish his achievement, but head to head can be deceptive
@ Because Carlitos avoided to play jannik at AO, Miami, Cincinnati, usopen, Shangai when he lost vs nobody avoiding to face sinner for a possible 0-5, easy 😁
Jannik the goat of the new generation
Benissimo JANNIK, sei il meglio.. 👍

Alcaraz can go to 11 yet not to N.1 till Sinner it’s there. Explain that Jim.
Jim stop being biased. Sinner can go to 11 as well.
if he can, then why was he 0-3 against Carlitos this year?

Il miglio Fritz di sempre non ha potuto gnente contro un Sinner non al massimo....ciau
I think Alcaraz is getting over-rated
Fritz has nothing
