@@JubileeGiggles Don’t tell people what to do or what to think. If this virtual mannequin appears as a male to him or her, then there’s nothing wrong with that.
Apparently this is in a video game?! I discovered this masterpiece randomly a couple years back with very little views on the track overall online.. it's been one of my secret gems. But I'm glad to see others get to hear it.
*repeatedly closing the trunk door on my own head perfectly in sync to the drum machine* how good is the game though!! truly an honour to be included 🚙✨
I really like how you can interperet the stickman's journey in this music video. Especially towards the tail end of the track. His last act before his final revelation is avoiding stepping on the stars. After realizing the negative effects of obsessing over achieving fame, he looks to the sky and see's a beautiful set of real stars. The author or writer is chasing what's more important, the stars in the sky(the journey and love for creating art), not the stars on the ground (that symbolize being a celebrity).
This might be my favorite animation now. The high framerate (a la VHS tapes), the simple but intriguing animation (just like 90s-early 2000s animation really showing off what they could do with this new technology), and the abstract and connective nature of it... It all feels like a dream. A really, really good dream.
I must say, This is one of the best 80s styled music I could have ever heard especially in pacific drive This one is the number one among the other music I've heard
This song is great - no wonder it was chosen for Pacific Drive, it has the feel to it that this was made in the mid to late 70's when synth music was starting to get popular! Would love to see more of your music on future IronWood games, great work!
Actually really dig your work and have done so for a number of years and being the person who enjoys writing my own midi tracks to my own Moto vlogging content I have mad respect for your composition skills
Easily the track with the most energy and layering(?) in the album. Once all the percussion(?) kicks in and the song goes full throttle, it feels amazing to listen to. Would love to find more stuff like this one. And then there's the music video to go along with it, which just looks like running through pure vaporwave/Bryce3d in motion. Which is the best visual I could have asked for, and exactly what runs through my head while listening to this, even down to it changing as the song progresses.
Catching up on all your releases - you've evolved as an artist and musician in the best possible way. Looking forward to more!! Also, this video encaptures a great time in my life when the world was a much simpler place and all I could think of was what game I was renting next at our local video store... The video reminds me of Pilotwings 64. Just totally rad brother!!
I agree with you on the style of the video. I honestly wish I could understand how you feel about the world now versus then. I’m unfortunately too young to fully empathize.
(obligatory came here from pacific drive) I can't help but hear the same main melody of collective consciousness (the "the unenlightened masses they cannot make the judgment call" part) at the start of this song. I know the timings are different but the notes sound very similar to my ear
Makes me feel like I'm on "Cloud Nine" well that might be one preset used here (or Digi-Bells). I think I might be sold on buying a real M1. The VST is great I got a LE license when I bought my Volca FM2. I think "Voice Wave" is hiding in there somewhere as well.
Eyeliner is always there for me, seems there’s always a jam to reflect my specific mood Big love to you man, you soundtracked my lockdown, P.S. I really hope you got to go to Disney Quest, it was like the real world setting for your music, faded nostalgic 90s opulence, with that clear inspirational feeling for the future.
A VERY warm welcome, I have been out at music festivals & haven't managed to play Pacific Drive yet!! Getting on the radio in a game like this is literally a dream of mine ❤️❤️❤️
I know you read the comments on your videos. Your music has inspired me in many ways, it doesn't matter your size but your content is revolutionary. Maybe not, okay maybe I could take that last part back but nevertheless, when you offered your support to me like 2 months ago or something, I can't believe that things did get better. I know you don't know who I am, but I'm just an adult figuring out life, and it's a hell of a lot brighter with your music. Edit: shit, actually do you want to do an interview for a podcast?
The sudden urge to drive an old wood panel station wagon through a forest.
These are the grooves that make the wreck wriggle

Feels like I’m experiencing the soundtrack to an educational vhs tape and a point and click adventure at the same time. I love it.
knowing that the music is received exactly in the way it was intended is truly the ultimate satisfaction haha, can't beat it!! enjoy xoxo
just passing by on my Pacific Drive 🔥😎
This makes me and the station wagon wanna drive into the sunset

If the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics had a theme, it would’ve been this. This song gives me goosebumps.

love this album my man. takes me back to highschool in the mid 90s learning graphic design and 3d. inspired to download bryce 3d again haha.
How long would that have taken to download on dial-up?? 😂
