    Ingredients
    165 grams - salted butter(room temperature)
    165 grams - powdered sugar
    165 grams - all purpose flour/ maida
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    3 eggs
    2 tbsp milk(room temperature)
    1 tsp baking powder
    pre heat oven
    180 degrees C function of top bottom and fan for 10 mins
    put cake in middle rack temp 180 degree C function button and fan and bake for 40-45 min

    The cake would be perfect for snacking or with some tea.... But you can't use it for layering... because it will become very dry once you frost it and place it in the fridge for setting... Even if you soak it in sugar syrup it will still go dry... I have tried it... You need some oil in the recipe to keep the cake moist

      Yes u can about half the quantity of the butter but it won’t taste as good as if u use butter

      For baking it’s best to invest in a food weighing scale it’s quite cheap this way u will get perfect measurements and ur cake will be full proof 👍
